Online Call Center Associate

Pine Labs is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, the successful candidate will be resourceful, dedicated, innovative, and cooperative.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Providing information about products and services, as well as resolving customer complaints or issues. 3. Processing orders, tracking shipments, and managing customer accounts. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experiences. 5. Meeting and exceeding targets for call resolution, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators. 6. Demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and learning new skills to enhance customer service delivery. 7. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 5. Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with customer service software. 6. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
