Online Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Urban Ladder is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online Call Center Associate to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a part-time position with a minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide product information, assistance with orders, and issue resolution - Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat as needed - Utilize communication skills to effectively manage customer interactions and build rapport - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by management - Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution - Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases with accurate information - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Hardworking and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong soft skills including creativity and leadership abilities - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred
