Online Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Livspace, a leading online interior design company based in Bangalore, Karnataka, is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Associate to join our team at the Associate level. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, resolving issues, and answering questions. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Maintain a high level of knowledge about Livspace products and services. 6. Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets on a consistent basis. 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Independent and reliable work ethic. 2. Strong leadership and innovation skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4.
