Job Description - Online Call Center Manager

As an Online Call Center Manager at Shaadi.com in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the operations of our online customer service call center. This is a part-time position suitable for individuals with mid-to-senior level experience in a similar role, with at least 7 years of experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery. 2. Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor call center performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. 4. Train, onboard, and mentor new team members to maintain a high level of professionalism and expertise. 5. Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members for continuous improvement. 7. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.


Requirements: 1. Proven experience managing an online call center or customer service team. 2. Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and customers. 4. Proficiency in call center software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. 5. Independent and energetic personality traits to lead a dynamic team. 6. Strong research and decision-making skills to address complex customer issues. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
