Job Description - Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:


Jio Platforms is seeking a dedicated and driven Online Call Center Officer to join our team in Delhi, India. As an Associate-level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or call center operations.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues. 2. Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times. 3. Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers to ensure a satisfactory experience. 4. Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system. 5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs and escalate issues as needed. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Meet performance goals and metrics set by the team lead or manager.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or call center operations. 2. Strong interpersonal skills with a cooperative and customer-focused attitude. 3. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision. 7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
