Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Livspace, a leading home design and decor company, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are confident, reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls and online inquiries from customers regarding products, services, and orders. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and availability information. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 5. Update customer accounts with relevant information and maintain detailed records of interactions. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Meet and exceed performance goals related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and sales targets. 9. Work with the team to continuously improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 1+ years of experience in customer service or call center operations. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil. 4. Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. 5. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 6. Must be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of thinking on your feet. 7. Confidence in handling challenging situations with grace and professionalism. 8. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service. 9. Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
