Job Description:

upGrad is seeking a passionate and confident Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues effectively. 3. Assist customers with product information, registration, and troubleshooting. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Continuously improve personal knowledge of products and services offered by upGrad. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Confident and passionate individuals who are willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong adaptability to handle a variety of customer needs and situations. 3. Demonstrated ability in people management and building relationships with customers. 4. Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil. 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
