Job Description:
Xiaomi India is seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Online Call Center Representative. This part-time position is based in Delhi, India and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Xiaomi products and services. 3. Assist customers with product orders, returns, and warranty claims. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues effectively. 6. Identify and escalate complex customer problems to higher levels of support as needed. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Meet and exceed performance metrics for call center quality and productivity.
Requirements: 1. Independent and driven individual with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. 2. Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different customer personalities. 3. Proven experience in strategic planning and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. 4. Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
