Job Description:
As an Online Call Center Specialist at IBM India in Kolkata, West Bengal, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online communication channels. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues through various online channels such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements: 1. Hardworking and driven individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong adaptability and planning skills to handle different customer situations effectively. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Knowledge of CRM software and online communication tools. 6. Must be able to work part-time hours with a flexible schedule.
