Online Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Dream11 is looking for a part-time Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers through various platforms - Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues - Assist customers with account management and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience - Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved in a timely manner

Requirements: - Resourceful and independent individual who can work effectively in a remote setting - Strong leadership skills and ability to take initiative - Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online chat support tools and platforms - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
