Job Description:
Meesho is seeking a passionate and independent Online Chat Support Manager to join our team in Delhi, IN on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field, you will be responsible for managing our online chat support team to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise a team of online chat support representatives to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the online chat support process, including setting performance goals and metrics for the team. - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and consistency in responses, and provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed. - Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service, marketing, and product development, to address customer needs and improve the online chat support experience. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat support to continuously improve our service offerings. - Handle escalated customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy, striving to find satisfactory resolutions for all parties involved.
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer support or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members towards achieving goals. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and partners. - Proven ability to conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not required.
