Job Description: PharmEasy is looking for a talented Online Chat Support Manager to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role. As the Online Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of online chat support representatives, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Oversee a team of online chat support representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and consistency - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions - Analyze chat data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Train new team members on best practices and company policies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online chat support
Requirements: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in online chat support or customer service - Proven track record of successfully managing a team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong decision-making skills and emotional intelligence - Passionate and driven individual with a customer-centric mindset - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
