Online Chat Support Manager

Job Description:

Livspace is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Chat Support Manager to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Online Chat Support Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our online chat support operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online chat support agents, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance monitoring. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the online chat support team. 3. Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and accuracy in responses. 4. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 5. Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 6. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat support.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 5+ years of experience in online chat support or customer service. 3. Strong project management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments. 6. Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively. 7. Proficiency in MS Office and chat support software.
