Job Description - Online Chat Support Manager

HealthifyMe, a leading health and fitness app company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Manager to join our team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online chat support representatives - Oversee day-to-day operations of the online chat support department - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality service is being provided - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction - Train and onboard new chat representatives - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and resolve issues - Analyze chat support metrics and provide regular reports to management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat support


Requirements: - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Strong decision-making and teamwork skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in chat support software and tools - Experience in managing a team of chat support representatives - Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction through chat support
