Job Description - Online Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a customer service or online support role.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online chat support agents to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Develop and implement processes to streamline communication and improve overall customer satisfaction - Monitor chat conversations for quality assurance and provide feedback to support agents as needed - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide exceptional service - Train new support agents on chat platform usage and best practices - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat support


Requirements: - Resourceful and reliable individual who can effectively manage a team and handle customer inquiries - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Excellent planning and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Experience with online chat platforms and customer service software - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
