Online Chat Support Manager

Job Description: As the Online Chat Support Manager at Bharti Airtel in Kolkata, West Bengal, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the online chat support team. You will ensure the team provides exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in online chat support. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership and management abilities. 5. Reliable and resourceful personality traits. 6. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 7.
