Online Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Razorpay is currently seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Officer to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a hardworking and driven individual who possesses excellent planning and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via online chat. 2. Assist customers with account-related issues, payment processing, and general queries. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer support processes.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role. 3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask. 4. Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
