Online Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Ola Cabs is seeking a passionate and reliable Online Chat Support Officer to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Associate Level position, the Online Chat Support Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms. This part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through online chat platforms - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist in resolving escalated customer complaints and issues - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet or exceed customer service metrics and goals

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or online chat support - Strong project management skills - High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment - Experience with CRM software and online chat platforms preferred
