Online Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Khatabook is seeking a hardworking and independent Online Chat Support Officer to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required. This part-time role will involve providing online chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries through online chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account-related questions and technical issues. 3. Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions to customers. 4. Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer support process. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Provide feedback to the team on common customer issues and trends.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask. 2. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 3. Analytical skills to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Availability to work part-time hours in Mumbai, Maharashtra. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
