Job Description - Online Chat Support Representative

Job Description:


Livspace, an innovative interior design and renovation company, is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Representative to join their team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via online chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about Livspace products, services, and policies. 3. Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and provide solutions to problems. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently. 5. Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference and analysis. 6. Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to enhance the customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Independent worker who can make decisions and take initiative. 3. Strong leadership skills to guide customers through the online chat process. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficient in using technology and online communication platforms. 7. Fluent in English and Hindi.
