Online Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

InMobi is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic, as well as the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online chat support to customers, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 2. Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems and provide accurate information to enhance customer satisfaction. 3. Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and company policies, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times. 4. Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and improve overall customer support quality. 5. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in online chat support or a related field. 2. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently. 3. Excellent research skills and adaptability to changing situations. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively. 6. Proficient in using chat support software and other relevant tools.
