Job Description:

Shaadi.com, a leading online matchmaking service, is seeking a dedicated Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online chat support to customers regarding their queries, issues, and feedback. 2. Assist customers in navigating the website and using various features to enhance their experience. 3. Respond promptly to customer inquiries with effective communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support across all channels. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for reference and analysis. 6. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.

Requirements: 1. Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service and support. 2. Confidence in handling various customer issues and inquiries with professionalism. 3. Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 4. Ability to cooperate and collaborate with team members to achieve common goals. 5. Proficient in using online chat support tools and software for efficient communication. 6. Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred but not required. 7. Fluent in English and Bengali languages for effective communication with customers. 8. Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
