Online Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online chat support to our clients. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via online chat to provide timely and accurate support - Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively - Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence when assisting customers - Demonstrate adaptability to handle a variety of customer needs - Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners - Uphold company values and provide exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support - Resilient and hardworking personality traits - Strong adaptability skills - High emotional intelligence - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
