Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team at Zomato as an Online Client Relations Assistant in Delhi, India. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will play a key role in maintaining positive relationships with our online clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media, to address their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained. 3. Monitor client feedback and sentiment to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions that meet their needs. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of client engagement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction. 6. Provide support for online promotions, campaigns, and events to drive client engagement and participation.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in client relations or customer service. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Motivated and reliable with a strong dedication to providing excellent client service. 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 5. Critical thinking skills to identify and address client needs effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
