Job Description - Online Client Relations Associate

As an Online Client Relations Associate at Zomato, located in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN, you will be responsible for managing client relationships through online platforms to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. 3. Provide recommendations and assistance to clients on Zomato's products and services. 4.
