Job Description:

Cult.fit is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Online Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our online clients through various communication channels. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in client relations and customer service.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with online clients through emails, chat, and social media platforms to address their queries and concerns - Provide personalized assistance to clients to ensure a positive experience with our services - Maintain and update client records in our database system - Collaborate with other team members to resolve client issues and escalate complex cases when necessary - Monitor client feedback and testimonials to identify areas for improvement - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance client engagement and retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for improving client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field - 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations preferred - Confident and resilient personality with strong interpersonal skills - Ability to make informed decisions and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Basic understanding of online communication channels and social media platforms - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
