Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description: NoBroker is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Delhi. As an Associate Level position with a part-time schedule, the Online Client Relations Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through online platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients through various online channels to address their inquiries and concerns. 2. Manage and maintain client databases to track interactions and provide personalized service. 3. Monitor online reviews and feedback to proactively address any issues or negative feedback. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for improving client engagement. 5. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 6. Lead online client meetings and presentations to showcase company products or services. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to recommend innovative approaches to client relations.

Requirements: 1. Minimum 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field. 2. Confident and independent personality traits. 3. Strong time management and leadership skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships in an online setting. 6. Familiarity with CRM software and online communication tools. 7. Ability to work part-time hours in a fast-paced environment.
