Online Client Relations Manager

Delhivery is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field. This is a part-time position that requires strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client relationships and ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively - Communicate with clients via email, phone, and video conferencing to address any inquiries or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions to client issues and deliver exceptional service - Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement - Develop strategies to cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients and drive business growth - Analyze data and trends to provide insights for client retention and acquisition

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of online platforms and e-commerce trends
