Job Description - Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Client Relations Manager to join our team at Toppr in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As the Online Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships through online platforms. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Engage with clients through various online channels to address their queries and concerns in a timely manner - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience - Keep track of client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system - Provide regular updates to clients on new products, services, and promotions - Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for client engagement and growth


Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively - Proven experience in client relations or a related field - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field - Proficiency in online communication platforms and CRM systems
