Job Description:
Amazon India is seeking an experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Delhi. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing relationships with online clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through client engagement and retention strategies.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement client relations strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. 2. Act as the main point of contact for online clients, addressing their inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients. 4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop client-specific promotional strategies and campaigns. 5. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in products or services. 6. Monitor client satisfaction levels and develop initiatives to improve overall customer experience. 7. Conduct regular client meetings to review performance metrics, address concerns, and explore opportunities for partnership. 8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations for business growth.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 8 years of experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients. 4. Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving client satisfaction targets. 5. Resourceful and driven personality traits to proactively seek out opportunities and solutions. 6. Creativity and cooperation skills to develop innovative client engagement strategies. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools to manage client relationships effectively.
