Job Description - Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:


Livspace is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Online Client Relations Manager will be responsible for managing the relationships with our online clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with online clients through regular communication and follow-up - Understand client needs and preferences to provide personalized service and solutions - Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Monitor client feedback and preferences to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes - Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and measure performance - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for enhancing client relationships - Provide recommendations for product and service enhancements based on client feedback and market trends


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and adaptable mindset to handle diverse client needs and preferences - Strong critical thinking skills to analyze client feedback and make informed decisions - Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and deliver seamless client experience
