Job Description: Blinkit is seeking a dedicated and independent individual to join our team as an Online Client Relations Officer. As part of the client relations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our online clients. Your primary focus will be on ensuring client satisfaction, managing client feedback, and resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities for client engagement. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with online clients - Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities for client engagement - Gather and analyze client feedback to improve products and services - Resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive measures to address any issues - Develop and implement client engagement strategies - Track client interactions and maintain accurate records

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strategic planning skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
