We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Online Client Relations Officer to join our team at Blinkit in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through various communication channels - Assist clients in navigating our online platform and provide support as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations - Identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to management - Meet performance targets set by the company
