Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Online Client Relations Representative to join Urban Ladder in Delhi, IN. As an Online Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our online clients through various communication channels. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to online client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with online clients through effective communication - Provide guidance and assistance to online clients regarding products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Work towards meeting sales targets and KPIs - Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams to improve customer experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Strong cooperation skills and ability to work well in a team - Innovative thinking and adaptability to changing environments - 1 year of experience in client relations or a related field - Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools
