Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Online Client Relations Representative to join our team at Toppr. As an Online Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our online clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will also be responsible for responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on how to make the most of our offerings.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with online clients via email, chat, and phone to address their queries and concerns. 2. Ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and requests. 3. Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and address any issues they may have. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and provide solutions to their problems. 5. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update client profiles as needed. 6. Stay up-to-date on our products and services to provide accurate information to clients. 7. Assist in the development of training materials for online clients and conduct training sessions as needed. 8. Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and make recommendations for improvement. 9. Monitor client satisfaction levels and work towards increasing client retention and loyalty. 10. Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction and retention.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or customer service. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other client management tools. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions. 8. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. 9. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 10. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
