Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

AgroStar is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Online Client Relations Representative in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain relationships with online clients through various communication channels. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. 4. Use innovative strategies to enhance the online client experience and increase client retention rates. 5. Manage projects related to client relations, tracking progress and reporting results to management. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements to the client relations process. 7. Work with the marketing team to implement client engagement initiatives and campaigns.

Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients. 2. Demonstrated drive to meet and exceed client expectations, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 3. Proficient in project management, able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles. 5. Familiarity with online platforms and tools for client management. 6. Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
