Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

BYJU'S is looking for an Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Delhi, India on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client relations and be able to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances. As an Associate Level Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our online services.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through various online channels to address their needs and concerns - Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and increase client retention - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the client experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 4+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong analytical and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Experience working with online platforms and tools - Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
