Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a motivated and hardworking Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for online clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 4. Provide assistance with online transactions, account management, and troubleshooting as needed. 5. Monitor client feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in client relations or customer service. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
