Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Moglix, a leading e-commerce platform for industrial products, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with online clients through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media. - Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding product offerings, promotions, and order status. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise. - Conduct proactive outreach to clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement. - Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client engagement and retention. - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients regarding new products and services. - Monitor client feedback and reviews to identify trends and address any concerns.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proven experience in client relations and customer service. - Strategic planning and presentation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
