Lendingkart is seeking a dynamic and resilient Online Client Service Associate to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our online clients while thriving in our fast-paced and evolving work environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to online client inquiries promptly and professionally - Assist clients with account-related questions and provide guidance on our products and services - Process client requests and troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless online client experience - Manage client relationships and address any concerns or feedback in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed guidance to clients - Support marketing and sales initiatives by promoting our products and services to online clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service role - Resilient and energetic personality with a positive attitude - Strong adaptability and the ability to work well in a rapidly evolving work setting - Excellent people management skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in using online communication tools and software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
