Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and social media platforms - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Assist clients with order placement, changes, and cancellations - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with clients - Uphold company policies and procedures related to online client services
