Job Description:

Urban Company is seeking a skilled Online Client Service Associate to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a client service role and possess a passion for delivering top-notch service.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for online clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. 2. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to clients. 4. Proactively identify and address client needs, providing personalized solutions to enhance their experience. 5. Leverage data to analyze client trends and behaviors, making recommendations for improvement to management. 6. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends. 7. Contribute to strategic initiatives by providing insights and feedback based on client interactions.

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in a client service role, preferably in an online environment. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs. 4. Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. 5. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. 6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
