Online Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Nykaa, a leading online beauty retailer, is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Associate to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and be dedicated and hardworking.

Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service through online channels such as chat, email, and social media - Understanding and addressing customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Building strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience - Utilizing negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial outcomes with clients - Demonstrating emotional intelligence to handle challenging situations with empathy and grace

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online setting - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of online communication platforms - Hardworking and dedicated attitude towards providing exceptional service - Ability to demonstrate negotiation skills and emotional intelligence - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
