Online Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Hindustan Unilever Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Client Service Associate to join our team in Delhi, India. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Manage client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist clients with product information, pricing, and ordering processes. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. 5. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients. 7. Monitor and track client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 8. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the overall client experience. 9. Handle client escalations and complaints with empathy and professionalism. 10. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. 3. Passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences. 4. Confident in communicating with clients and colleagues. 5. Strong innovation and problem-solving skills. 6. Excellent people management abilities. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. Proficient in using online communication tools and customer relationship management systems. 9. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
