Job Description - Online Client Service Manager

Toppr, a leading online education platform, is looking for a part-time Online Client Service Manager to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. This position is ideal for individuals with 6 years of experience at a mid-to-senior level, who possess a strong work ethic and confidence in their abilities.


As an Online Client Service Manager at Toppr, your responsibilities will include: 1. Managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. 2. Collaborating with the sales team to onboard new clients and provide support throughout their journey with Toppr. 3. Developing strategies to improve client retention and maximize revenue opportunities. 4. Monitoring key performance metrics and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. 5. Providing training and guidance to junior team members to enhance overall team performance.
