Job Description - Online Client Service Manager

Job Description:


BharatPe is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Client Service Manager to join our team in Delhi, IN. As a mid-to-senior level role, the Online Client Service Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring that our online services meet the needs and expectations of our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in client services or a related field, with a proven track record of success.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and interactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are being met and issues are being resolved in a timely manner - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of client interactions - Monitor client feedback and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients - Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on client feedback and interactions


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 8+ years of experience in client services or a related field - Strong project management skills - Excellent negotiation skills - Independent and driven personality traits - Proficient in MS Office and CRM software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
