Online Client Service Officer

Indian Oil Corporation is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Officer to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients through online channels such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Resolve client issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and concerns. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to clients.

Requirements: 1. Independent and motivated individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Previous experience in client service or a related field is required. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools.
