Job Description - Online Client Service Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Online Client Service Officer to join our team at Myntra in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and online client management.


Responsibilities: - Manage online client inquiries through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media platforms - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with clients online - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of client issues - Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow-up actions - Stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to clients - Assist with online client onboarding and account management processes - Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the overall client experience


Requirements: - Confident and hardworking individual with a strong desire to provide excellent client service - Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in client interactions - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced online environment - Experience with online client management tools and CRM systems is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
