Job Description - Online Client Service Officer

Job Description:


Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Client Service Officer to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, resilient, and possess strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Interact with clients through online channels to provide exceptional customer service and support. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions. 4. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure seamless communication and support for clients. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling products or services to existing clients. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client services.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 7. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
