Online Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Swiggy, a leading online food delivery company, is seeking an Online Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Delhi, IN. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone. 2. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints and issues effectively. 3. Process orders, provide product information, and offer recommendations to customers. 4. Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of orders. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies. 7. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and confident individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Strong strategic planning and time management skills. 3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat and email platforms. 5. Experience in customer service or a related field is an asset. 6. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
